Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This website is operated by ClickCove Digital (“we,” “us”), based in San Francisco, California. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you send us
When you submit a project request, we receive the details you enter:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
- your business name and website, if you have one;
- the service and budget range you choose, your project goals and your preferred contact method.
Along with the form, we receive the page you sent it from and, when available, how you arrived at the site — for example, a campaign or referral link.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not set cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
How we use your information
- to reply to your request and discuss your project;
- to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the work;
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who receives it
Project requests are delivered to us through service providers we use for messaging and email, such as Telegram and Resend, and are stored in those accounts. These providers process the information on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the technical information described above.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests only as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, to run the project and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of other states and countries may have similar rights, and we honor these requests wherever we reasonably can.
Contact us
To ask a question about this policy or make a request, send us a message through the contact form on our home page and mention that it concerns your personal information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
